1.  What is The c.lizzy's Circle?

The c.lizzy's Circle is our rewards program that thanks you for supporting and shopping our handmade work! You earn points every time you shop, which you can redeem for dollars off future purchases.

2.  Who can join?

Anyone can join The c.lizzy's Circle rewards program by signing up. To sign up, click on the lower right hand button labeled "Circle Rewards" when on www.clizzys.com. When signing up here, you are creating a c.lizzy's account on our website, which enrolls you into the program.

3.  How do I earn points?

You earn 1 Circle point for every dollar you spend on handmade jewelry, meaningful gifts and original art. Points are earned on the subtotal amount before S&H and tax in added.  You must be logged into your account online at the time of purchase for points to be collected.

4.  How do I redeem my points?

Once you have earned enough Circle points, you can redeem them for dollars off your next purchase. To see the redemption levels, select the *Ways to Redeem* tab. Here, you'll find a list of all the rewards we offer. If you have sufficient points, you can redeem them for a reward.

5.  Can I use my points on any products?

Yes -- Circle points can be used on all eligible products, including new releases, one-of-a-kind and wall art.

6.  Do I need to track my points?

No -- your Circle points balance is saved to your account, and they can be automatically applied when you choose to use them.

7.  Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No. There is only a limit on the number of Circle points redeemed at one time. If you have more Circle points than the redemption level selected, the remaining points will be available for another reward for a future purchase.

8.  Can I combine points or rewards with other discounts?

Circle points and rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes. One redeemed reward can be used at a time at checkout. Redeemed rewards cannot be stacked in one checkout.

9.  Can I combine The c.lizzy's Circle points with the in-studio rewards program?

No -- these are two separate reward programs.  If you join the Circle on www.clizzys.com, all purchases online will be allocated to the Circle.  All purchases made in-studio will be applied to the studio rewards program.  Purchases made online with "pick up at studio" delivery option will be applied to logged in, active Circle reward accounts.

10.  Do my Circle points expire?

Circle points do not expire as long as your account remains active.

11.  What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

Approved: These Circle points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

Pending: These Circle points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and returns.

Cancelled: These Circle points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
