Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling will be added to all purchases.
Because each item is made individually per order, please allow 7-10 days for the arrival of your beautiful pieces. We ship via Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If you require faster
shipping, please contact us directly via e-mail or phone.
Our products are all individually handmade per order and will vary slightly from the photos. However, if you received a product in error, a damaged product or it does not work for you, please let us know an we will be happy to make it right.
Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 14 days from the day of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and acceped, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within two days.
Shipping (if applicable)
The purchaser is responsible for paying his/her own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If shipping an item over $75, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
All purchases made at shows and other off-site events are final.
