Collection: Heritage Series

"The bark on these pieces come from the cottonwood trees on the farm I grew up on.  They were planted by my Great Grandfather decades ago and are now beginning to crumble after years of blocking the north winds from the home place.  I had been wanting to create something from these bark pieces for so long, and after churning ideas around in my head, I decided to just showcase the simple beauty of the bark.

In my mind's eye, nothing can duplicate the art of nature."
